  • You can export your data anytime in standard formats (CSV, JSON)
  • We use your data only to provide and improve our service
  • We don't use your data to train AI models without explicit permission

Right to Data Deletion

Delete your account and data anytime. We comply within 30 days.

  • Request deletion via your dashboard or email
  • We delete or anonymize all personal data within 30 days
  • Backups are purged within 30 additional days
  • We may retain minimal data if required by law (e.g., financial records)
  • You receive confirmation when deletion is complete

Right to Cancel Anytime

No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked.

  • All plans are month-to-month (unless you choose annual billing)
  • Cancel via your dashboard or by emailing us
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • You retain access until your paid period ends
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

Right to a Refund

  • Full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
  • No questions asked - if you're not satisfied, we refund
  • After 30 days, fees are non-refundable (except billing errors)
